Michael Stanley Till was Dean of Winchester in the last decade of the 20th century and the first few years of the 21st.[1] He was educated at Lincoln College, Oxford [2] and ordained in 1965. He began his career with a curacy at St John's, St John's Wood,[3] after which he was Chaplain (and Dean and Fellow) of King's College, Cambridge,[4] Vicar of All Saints', Fulham and Area Dean of Hammersmith before his elevation to the Deanery.
